Does Iran Already Have Nuclear Weapons?

Curiously overlooked is the possibility -- likelihood even -- that Iran already has nuclear weapons. It's rumored that it once obtained X-55 missiles from Russia with operational nuclear warheads. It's also armed with Shahab 3 and MIRV missiles, which could be similarly armed, whether from Russia or the black market in Russian loose nukes.
While that's pure conjecture, it would be a huge mistake to operate under the assumption that Tehran hasn't acquired tactical "suitcase" nukes from that same black market. Just like Al Qaeda is strongly suspected of doing.
How does knowing this help us?
Maybe I'm grasping at straws, but at least it shows that Tehran is capable of restraint when it comes to detonating a nuclear weapon.
